At Casa Barong Filipiniana, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our traditional attire and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment does not meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return and exchange window for items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold the Barong or Filipiniana gown and place it back in its original packaging, ensuring all traditional embroidery and delicate fabrics are protected.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend using a tracked service for high-value garments.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the item for quality and condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement size within 5-7 business days.
